Sapporo Kitamae is an annual anime and manga festival which debuted just last year. It is of note that both KOTOKO and Mami Kawada also participated in last year's event.
Unlike last year though, this year's event will be held in two venues: in the outdoor stage and in the art hall arena. The event will then include an itasha car (cars with anime-themed skins) exhibition, an illustration contest for the event's image character, Tamae, and a cosplay event titled COS x Art.
